The KT-PK Tenderiser is light and small but do underestimate its powerful performance by its size, it can tenderise 1200 steaks per hour and whats more is that it is easy to clean and remove. It's inlet is designed to prevent damage to the hand and if the hand somehow touches the safety cover, the blades will automatically stop if it moves even a fraction. It is well oiled so no further lubrication is required.
