We tend to underestimate the production of ice flakes for it is a delicate and vigorous process. Only with the right tools can this process can perfected. Icematic created the Series F for this purpose.  Flake ice is generated through a vertical cylinder, with an internal auger which scours the ice from the internal surface of the evaporator, lifting it up to the exit where there is the ice breaker. The system creates uniform ice with minimal water. Flake ice has a lot of uses, from the preservation and display of fish to cocktail creation to its use in Spas. Flake ice is also widely used in hospitals and during the production of cold meats and bread, designed to chill the mixture. The machines are available according to weight of ice flasks it produces (90 kg, 120kg, 200 kg, 320kg, 600kg, 1150kg).
