Water is easily contaminable but the FIM machine is modelled to prevent that with construction in stainless steel and specific materials approved for contact with food stuff. To ensure the ice is produced with quality, the environment air temperature is 20°C while the incoming water temperature is 15°C and there is continuous air condensing. There is a fixed vertical evaporator cylinder with high thermal exchange. Models of this machine are according to weight of ice it can produce (250 kg, 400kg, 600kg and 950kg) it is also available in Compact and Split versions.
